VeriRecall

Stop paying your team to re‑ask what's already been answered.

Somebody on your team already asked that question, already got the answer, already checked it. Then the answer scrolled away in someone's chat history — and this week, two more people paid to derive it again. VeriRecall keeps a shared, verified record of your team's answers, so a question costs full price once.

Ask once.

The cost is real — and it isn't where you think.

We measured the mechanics with the same public method behind the VeriCommand token benchmark, and we label what's measured versus what's modeled.

Measured · the mechanism
14–28× smaller

Re-establishing context in a fresh chat means pasting the background back in: real business documents we tokenized run ~2,000–4,000 tokens per re-paste. A verified record entry that replaces the re-derivation: 119 tokens.

Real NorthGate documents, tokenized with tiktoken (o200k_base). Method and caveats published at the benchmark link above.

Modeled · the money — labeled, shown as ranges
~400:1 time : tokens

For a modeled 25-person team, duplicated asks cost $3–$25/month in API tokens — and $1,192–$12,375/month in re-derived people-time. For everyone who isn't a developer, the money was never the tokens.

LOW/HIGH scenario ranges; your duplicate rate is unknowable from outside — measuring it is the first thing VeriRecall does.

Honest break-even: at a typical per-seat price, avoiding about 3 duplicate asks per person per month pays for the seat. Everything past that is recovered time.

The first deliverable is a number you've never seen.

The Déjà Ask Report

VeriRecall doesn't start by promising savings. It starts by measuring your team's duplicate-ask rate — how often people re-ask, re-paste, and re-derive what a teammate already settled. That number exists in every team that uses AI, and almost no team has ever seen theirs. The report puts it on one page, in hours and dollars. Then the record starts closing the gap it found.

How it works

01 · Measure

See the déjà rate

The Déjà Ask Report quantifies what re-asking already costs your team — before you change anything.

02 · Record

Answer questions once

Settled answers become record entries: the distilled answer, its source, an owner, and a last-verified date.

03 · Ask once

Look up, don't re-derive

The next person who asks gets the verified record in seconds — not a fresh derivation on your clock.

VeriRecall is in build at NorthGate Strategic, from the team behind VeriCommand — the governance desk for AI build work. The scenario above is illustrative; the measured numbers use the published benchmark method; the modeled numbers are labeled and shown as ranges, never asserted as guarantees. That's the standard the product itself will hold your team's answers to.
